  16.      _c_v_x_h_a_n_g is used by the WorkShop Debugger and Performance tools to
  17.      instantiate the _t_a_r_g_e_t process with its optional _a_r_g_s and leave it
  18.      waiting just before executing its first instruction.  A debugger, or any
  19.      other tool, may then attach to the process and take control of its
  20.      execution.

  22.      If the ----ssssiiiiggggnnnnaaaallll argument is given, once the process is created, _c_v_x_h_a_n_g
  23.      informs the window of the WorkShop Debugger requesting the creation, as
  24.      given by the optional _h_o_s_t_n_a_m_e and _w_i_n_d_o_w on the command line, of the
  25.      target process' PID.

  27.      If the optional ----nnnnoooonnnnXXXX argument is given, the process whose _p_i_d is
  28.      supplied will be sent SIGUSR1, and can determine that the target is ready
  29.      to be attached.
